Terms of Service

By creating an account, making a purchase, or otherwise using AIDubWorld (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create a AIDubWorld account. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@aidubworld.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

3. Plans, Payment & Access

Paid plans are one-time purchases in USD giving access for the period bought: Payment 3Mo ($39, 3 months), Payment 6Mo ($69, 6 months), Payment 12Mo ($79, 12 months), or a custom plan agreed with us. They never renew automatically; access ends at the end of the period. Each month of an access period includes your plan's dubbing minutes, which reset at the start of each month of access and do not carry over. If you buy a new period while one is active, it starts when your current period ends. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

4. Your Content and Voice Data

You retain full ownership of any video, audio, transcripts, and cloned voice models you upload to AIDubWorld (“Customer Content”). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, translate, and transform Customer Content solely to provide and improve the Service for you. We do not use your Customer Content to train models shared across other customers without your explicit consent.

Voice cloning is a core part of AIDubWorld, and it comes with a strict condition: you must own the voice you upload, or have obtained clear, verifiable consent from the speaker (or their authorized representative) to create and use an AI clone of their voice. You are solely responsible for obtaining and retaining evidence of that consent. Before each voice is cloned, you must confirm in your account that you own the voice or have the speaker's written consent; we record the date and time of each confirmation. AIDubWorld may request proof of consent at any time and may suspend a voice model pending verification.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use AIDubWorld to:

• Clone or dub a voice without the speaker's consent, or to impersonate a real person for deceptive purposes;
• Upload, transcribe, or dub content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or that violates a third party's rights;
• Generate deepfakes, synthetic endorsements, or misinformation intended to mislead viewers about who is speaking;
• Create, upload, or dub sexual, pornographic, or adult-oriented content of any kind;
• Clone the voice of a public figure, political official, or candidate for office without documented legal authorization;
• Clone the voice of a minor (anyone under 18) without documented legal authorization from their parent or legal guardian;
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or plan minute allocations;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the underlying models or source code of the Service;
• Scrape, resell, or provide third-party access to the Service without our written permission; or
• Introduce malware, or interfere with the security or normal operation of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy, with or without notice, depending on severity.

6. Intellectual Property

AIDubWorld, our logo, our software, and the underlying AI models, pipelines, and infrastructure are owned by MEGAFLOW LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, branding, or proprietary technology outside of your ordinary use of the Service.

7. Third-Party Services

AIDubWorld integrates with third-party services, including Stripe for payment processing and, as they become available, export destinations such as Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, YouTube, and Vimeo. Your use of those integrations is also subject to the respective third party's terms, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.

8. Termination

Your access ends automatically at the end of the period purchased. You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms, misuse the Service, or fail to pay applicable fees, and we may retain limited data as required for legal, accounting, or security purposes after termination.

9. Disclaimers

The Service, including AI-generated transcripts, translations, cloned voices, and lip-sync output, is provided “as is” and “as available.” AI-generated dubs can contain errors, and AIDubWorld does not guarantee a specific Dub Quality Score, translation accuracy, or that output will be free of defects. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MEGAFLOW LLC and its officers, employees, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold AIDubWorld harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your Customer Content, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right, including claims related to voice cloning performed without proper consent.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless a mandatory local consumer-protection law requires otherwise. MEGAFLOW LLC is a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, USA, with its registered office at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801 (EIN: 98-1935278).

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you directly. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
