Refund Policy

1. One-Time Payments

Payment 3Mo ($39, 3 months), Payment 6Mo ($69, 6 months), and Payment 12Mo ($79, 12 months) are one-time payments for a fixed access period, with no automatic renewal. Custom plans are also one-time payments with no automatic renewal.

2. Access Period

You keep access until the end of the period you bought. We email you 7 days and 1 day before your access ends. If you buy another period before then, it starts when your current period ends.

When you buy, you ask for your access to start immediately and acknowledge that your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal ends once you start using the Service. This does not affect the 14-day refund described below.

3. Refund Eligibility

We consider refunds in the following situations:

• You were charged in error, for example a duplicate charge or an incorrect amount;
• You request a refund within 14 days of purchase and have used fewer than 10 dubbed minutes; or
• A refund is required by applicable consumer-protection law.

Outside of these situations, payments are generally non-refundable, including for the unused part of an access period.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact billing@aidubworld.com within 14 days of the charge in question. Please include your account email, the date of the charge, and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 5 business days.

5. Approved Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Stripe and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

6. Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first so we can resolve it directly. Initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer without contacting us may result in suspension of your account while the dispute is investigated.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above.
